Just tried the family pack chicken biryani for the first time for my birthday , and wow, it’s honestly one of the best I’ve had! The starters chicken 65 and chilli chicken were so delicious too full of flavor. I’ve never had anything quite like this in the Wellington area before. Definitely recommend checking it out

Mainly focused on takeaways, but has a small number of table and chairs. Food was excellent with a good amount of meat in the curry sauce. Will go here again.

I have never found any Indian restaurant which made me come back for the second time. Their chicken tandoori is a must try. The first time when I had it wasn’t enough so I had to go for the second round. The chicken is soft, juicy and cooked well. You don’t find tandoori juicy in many restaurants. Where there is taste and quality price really doesn’t matter. And, I find their price reasonable too. I will come back again to try some different dishes now. Thanks :)

Absolutely loved the dinner at New Paradise Restaurant! The Hyderabadi biryani was the best — truly authentic, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. It felt like a real taste of Hyderabad! The owner, originally from Hyderabad, was so welcoming and made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for genuine Hyderabadi food. The Hyderabadi dum biryani is a must try here. It feels very authentic and feels like from Hyderabad. The mutton haleem is very special here and one of the only places it is available in Wellington. All other Hyderabadi style curries are delicious. My wife liked it a lot as well.

New Paradise is hands down my go-to spot for the best healthy biryani in town! We recently visited Paradise and ordered the Chicken Biryani and Chilli Gobi. Both dishes were absolutely delicious—full of flavor, well-balanced spices, and perfectly cooked. The biryani was aromatic with tender pieces of chicken, and the Chilli Gobi had just the right amount of crispness and spice. The service was friendly and efficient, making the overall experience was good.
